1. General Terms
1.1. The Puzzle Jewelry website (hereinafter: “the Website”) is operated by Puzzle Jewelry LTD, Company No. 515816189, and offers personalized, custom-designed jewelry for sale.
1.2. Use of the Website and purchase of products through it are subject to the terms detailed in this policy. Use of the Website constitutes acceptance of all the terms and conditions listed herein.
1.3. The Website management reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. The updated terms in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
2. Orders and Purchase Process
2.1. Orders are placed through the Website by selecting the model, colors, sizes, and engravings according to the customer’s preferences.
2.2. Once the order is submitted and full payment is received, the personalized production process begins.
2.3. Upon completion of the order, a confirmation email with the order details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
3. Order Cancellations and Returns – In Accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 2010, and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981
3.1. As the products are custom-made based on specific sizes, colors, and engravings, cancellations or returns are not permitted once the purchase is completed.
3.2. In the event of a manufacturing defect or a discrepancy between the product and the original order, customers may contact customer service to explore a possible resolution.
3.3. The Website management is not responsible for mistakes in sizes or details provided by the customer.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. Production and delivery times vary depending on the product and are provided to the customer at the time of order.
4.2. Delivery time is calculated from the completion of production, and it will take up to 21 days to arrive.
4.3. The Website management is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as Israel Post, courier companies, or force majeure events.
4.4. Shipping is free within Israel. International shipping is available worldwide at a flat rate of $45.
5. Product Notes and Disclaimers
5.1. Gold Cast Puzzle Pieces:
When adding gold cast puzzle pieces to any item, additional weight is added to the final product depending on the jewel and size selected. The following weight ranges apply:
Ring: +0.6 grams per gold cast puzzle piece
Bracelet:
12mm – 0.6 grams per piece
15mm – 0.75 grams per piece
18mm – 0.9 grams per piece
Puzzle Talion:
Small – 0.20 grams per piece
Medium – 0.35 grams per piece
Big – 0.5 grams per piece
5.2. Size and Weight Variability:
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, a 5% variance in size or weight may occur. This range is considered acceptable and does not qualify as a manufacturing defect.
5.3. Installment Payments:
Customers may choose to pay in up to 12 monthly installments, subject to the terms and conditions of their payment method or credit card provider.
6. Warranty
6.1. All jewelry sold on the Website comes with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, material flaws, or natural wear not caused by improper use.
6.2. The warranty does not cover physical breakage, chain tears, loss, discoloration due to chemical exposure, or misuse that does not comply with the provided care instructions.
6.3. In the event of a defect covered under warranty, please contact customer service and provide clear photos of the product and the issue.
6.4. A defective item will be replaced or repaired only after the original product has been received and inspected by Puzzle Jewelry.
6.5. The Website management reserves the right to determine whether the defect is covered under warranty and, if so, may offer repair, replacement, or an alternative solution.
